Frampton Cottage?
26th January 2013
I visited Stone several years ago and noticed a Frampton Cottage or Frampton House. Does anyone know the history of it? My Frampton ancestors lived in Stone in the early 1800's
Oxney House?

Dear Mark - I have just tried to send you and Amanda an email, and they bounced. Do you have new email accounts? Please get in touch robin_willi@yahoo.com (son of Jill Bewlay, grandson of Miles)
My Family
21st February 2011
My grandfather - Ernest thomas King was born in Stone on 24 October 1883, and generations going back have been born & lived there. Can anyone please tell me if dunster Cottage or Vine House still exist, also does anyone know where the burial records are kept, as I have a grave number but no idea how the graves are numbered. If anyone has researched the King family or the Shoobridge family, I would love to hear from them, on - jeanp@btinternet.com
Thank you.
Accommodation
5th June 2007
Hello to everybody!
Me and my fiance are going to work in Northiam, East Sussex this summer. And now we are looking for a small accomodation from appr. Friday, August 10th 2007 until including Sunday, September 30th 2007 in Northiam or near by (We have a car!).
We are two nice and tidy students from Germany and we urgently need an accomodation at a low price. It doesn`t matter if it`s only one small room... My fiance is a car mechanic and studies mechanical engineering. Maybe he can -in return for your help- support you in technical problems, especially with your car or he can help you in farming etc. I am a student of English and economocs and I`m going to work at the animal adoption centre in Northiam. Perhaps you are or you know a kind family who can help us! I would be so happy and gratetful! Or maybe you can just give me the names of some newspapers to advertise my query.
Please write an email to me if you have any offers or ideas!
Thank you so much in advance! S.Dierssen@gmx.net
Stone Ferry
5th February 2007
Back in the 17th century would the Stone ferry have been large enough to take a cart?
